Now that fall is in the air, I find myself spending more time inside with a good book or at my computer desk. I am reworking my novel that I started in 2005, and set aside to percolate while I wrote my memoir, Through the Tunnel of Love, A Mother's and Daughter's Journey with Anorexia. So now I'm ready to complete my suspense novel; and as I sit by the fireplace and feel the warmth of the coals, I raise my coffee cup and cheer the change in seasons! Happy Fall.
I draw energy and inspiration from God, my family, nature, and the written word - by reading books - which in turn inspires me to write. I believe if we have the courage to share the better part of ourselves, others will be inspired to share as well.
